My first interior project (including the logo design) from 2007: Max frituur, bringing the one and only Belgium french fries style to Germany. The owner, Jens Schumann, took over another twenty year old chip shop in the center of Bochum for that idea. After having a look behind the low ceiling cover hanging at 2,80 m and finding out, that the original room hight was more than 5 meters, we decided to tear out everything. The result was beautiful open brick and concrete space with a rough industrial charme. With just cleaning the bricks, painting the concrete and hanging glas covers in the kitchen area, we tried to leave this as visible as possible.
